Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Arnic Studio Inc. ("Arnic", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, covering your use of the BunnyMoney app and website (the "Service"). By using BunnyMoney you agree to them. If you get BunnyMoney through Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms add to it.
1. What BunnyMoney is (and isn't)
BunnyMoney is a personal finance tracking tool: you enter or scan your own financial information and the app helps you organize, budget, and visualize it. BunnyMoney is not a bank, does not hold money, and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Insights, projections, categorizations and suggestions (including AI-generated ones) are informational, can be inaccurate, and should not be your sole basis for financial decisions.
2. Your account
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, keep your credentials confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live). You can delete your account at any time, which deletes your synced data from our systems.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- BunnyMoney offers auto-renewable subscriptions (currently $5.99 USD/month or $59.99 USD/year, or local equivalents Apple displays at purchase).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
- Prices may change; we'll give notice as required and changes apply from the next renewal.
4. Your content
The financial data and images you submit remain yours. You give us the limited license needed to process them to run the Service (for example, sending a statement photo to our AI provider to extract expenses, or syncing your data to your account). We don't sell your content or use it to train AI models, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. AI features
Scanning, parsing and insight features use artificial intelligence. AI output can contain mistakes (wrong amounts, wrong categories, wrong dates). Review imported data before relying on it. We're not liable for decisions made based on AI output.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no reverse engineering except where the law allows, no attempting to access other users' data, no using the Service for unlawful purposes, and no submitting content you don't have the right to submit.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including the bunny characters, artwork, design and code, belongs to Arnic Studio Inc. or its licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights in it beyond using the app as intended.
8. Termination
You can stop using BunnyMoney at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections that by nature should survive (like limitations of liability) survive termination.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or CAD $50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under Canadian consumer protection legislation.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. For material changes we'll notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Courts located in British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you additional rights.
